The SPC 400 Aerosol was specially designed for the fast and reliable dimensional measurement and statistical analysis of 4 dimensions on the valves domes mounted on the aerosol cans. An optional scale enables to check the filling or to make its statistical analysis simultaneously or separately. Being ready and easy to use, it does not require any specific training.
RELIABLE
The SPC 400 Aerosol carries out a calibration and then an automatic periodic control process which guarantee its precision. The measurement result is independant of the user and there is no error in its transcription in the reports. Human error is so limited to the utmost.

FLEXIBLE
The SPC 400 Aerosol-memory keeps the parameters and the measurements permanently. These data can be consulted at any time. The size of the memory is one page for the basic version; it can be extended to 4 or 16 pages. Each page can be divided to receive from 1 to 8 checking set-ups; consequently a 16 pages memory can receive maximum 128 set-ups. The SPC 400 Aerosol allows to check 4 dimensions on the valves domes mounted on the aerosol cans:

The weight of the dispenser and of its components can be simultaneously checked, thanks to the optional integrated scale. The SPC 400 Aerosol can be used either in the assembly line, where it allows the control of the manufacturing process in real time thanks to its process statistical analysis, or in the laboratory where its capability analysis is valuable.
STATISTICAL ANALYSIS
To study the machine capability, the SPC 400 Aerosol supplies histograms, capability indices, Henry-line and Paréto-analysis. For the statistical process control (SPC), the user has checking cards with average values and standard deviation or checking cards with averages values and range at disposal. Moreover, it is possible to register the intervention causes and the corrective actions. For criteria which cannot be measured (presence or absence of parts, appearance defects, etc.), the SPC 400 Aerosol enables to study the capabilities by attributes, with the P and U cards. The measurements reports and the statistics can also be supplied on an external printer.
