Automation modules
Our automation modules acquire and process the signal from your transducers and probes, then deliver it in the form your control system expects. They cover both measurement domains, force and dimension.
For strain gauge transducers, the CD1-SG-ANA conditioner provides a 0-10 V or 4-20 mA analogue output, directly usable by an existing PLC input, while the IO-Link version transmits the reading digitally, with no signal loss and no sensitivity to electromagnetic interference, and can be configured remotely.
For dimensional measurement, the CA4 module performs the same function on the dimensional side.
Supplied calibrated and traceable, these modules replace the manual potentiometer adjustments of conventional conditioners, eliminating setting errors and ensuring repeatable commissioning.
