Force, torque and pressure on the same measuring chain
The FMB-SG is the M-Bus acquisition module dedicated to strain gauge bridge transducers.
Integrated into the M-Bus network, it allows these load measurements to coexist with every other device on the station, inductive probes, incremental scales, temperature probes, whatever their make. The data is then routed to a METRO display, to a PLC through the FMB-PLC master module, or to a PC through the FMB-MA, directly compatible with market SPC software.
Transducer sensitivity is set from the web server built into the master modules, with no software installation. The module is built from an anodised aluminium profile and mounts on a DIN rail, as close as possible to the transducer.
